    • Contact Information: Your full name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp/Telegram handle.

    • Travel & Lifestyle Preferences: Proposed travel dates, accommodation budget, and dietary restrictions.

    • Voluntary Medical Records: Clinical summaries, laboratory test results, diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, PET-CT), and physician diagnoses that you choose to upload or share with us.

    1. How We Use Your Information
      We use the collected information solely for the following non-clinical purposes:

    • To coordinate and schedule medical assessments and appointments with our partner Grade 3A hospitals in China.

    • To customize your travel, lodging, private transport, and local sightseeing itineraries.

    • To communicate with you regarding your scheduling, logistics, and cost estimates.

    • To administer our Creator and Referral Programs if you choose to participate.

    1. How We Share and Disclose Your Information
      Your privacy is our utmost priority. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical data to third parties. We only share your information with:

    • Licensed Physicians and Healthcare Providers: Only the accredited partner hospitals in China that you have selected for your potential treatment.

    • Your Designated Translators and Coordinators: On-the-ground support staff who require the data to facilitate your medical accompaniment and translations.
      By submitting your medical records, you explicitly consent to the transfer of these records to our partner medical institutions in China for the sole purpose of clinical evaluation.

    1. Data Security & Retention
      We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. Highly sensitive medical files are transferred through encrypted channels and are not stored permanently on our public WordPress database. We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the service coordination or as required by law.

      Depending on your country of residence (including the EU/UK), you have the right to:
