1. Scope of Services & Non-Medical Disclaimer (CRITICAL)
– Medi2China is a medical travel coordination and facilitation agency. We provide non-clinical services including logistics, airport pickups, accommodation coordination, cultural tourism, and bilingual translation/interpretation.
– NO MEDICAL ADVICE: Medi2China does not practice medicine, provide medical diagnoses, prescribe treatments, or recommend specific clinical courses of action.
– All medical decisions, consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures are performed and decided solely by licensed, qualified physicians at our accredited partner Grade 3A hospitals in China.
– We do not guarantee medical outcomes, treatment results, or immediate physician availability.
2. Service Fees & Payment Boundaries
– Our coordination service fee is a flat rate of $300 USD per day.
– Hospital Treatment Costs: All clinical fees, diagnostic scans, surgeries, and prescriptions are paid by you directly to the treating hospital. Medi2China does not collect or mark up hospital medical bills.
– Exclusions: The $300/day fee does not include your accommodation, daily meals, personal shopping, or tourist attraction entry tickets. Any expenses incurred by your accompanied interpreter or assistant during leisure sightseeing (such as entry tickets or local transport fares) must be covered by you.
3. Creator & Referral (Affiliate) Program Terms
By participating in our Creator Program, you agree to the following:
– Video Discount (10%): If you authorize Medi2China to film your journey for promotional use, you receive a 10% discount on our daily coordination fee.
– Social Share Bonus (5%-15%): If you publish vlogs of your journey on your own social media channels, additional discounts will be calculated based on your metrics.
– Referral Commission (15%): You will receive a 15% commission on the service fee of any new patient who books our services through your unique referral link. This commission is valid for the lifetime of that referral.
– Content License: You grant Medi2China a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display any video or photo content captured during your facilitated journey for marketing purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
Medi2China, its founders, coordinators, and translators shall not be held liable for any personal injury, medical malpractice, clinical complications, treatment failures, hospital administrative delays, or travel disruptions occurring during your journey to or within China. Your medical relationship is strictly and exclusively with the treating hospital and its medical staff.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business entity is registered.
